Refund Eligibility

Unused Condition

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Proof of Purchase

A valid order confirmation or receipt from loravex.pro is required for all returns.

Inspection Approval

All returned products are subject to quality inspection before refund approval.

Original Payment Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment only.

Time Limits

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not qualify for a refund.

Once approved, returned items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving confirmation from LORAVEX.
